4B Class Teacher: Resna Begum

“Hi, I am Resna (Miss Begum) and I am very excited to be working in Year 4 this year. Having worked at Harrington Hill for 4 years now and predominantly in KS1, it was a great opportunity for myself to expand, grow and adapt to a new Key Stage. Throughout my own education, I have some fond memories of some brilliant and very talented teachers who encouraged, motivated, and believed in me; I wish to have the same impact on the children I teach.  I endeavour to teach and provide a stimulating environment for the children, enabling them to challenge themselves, be independent learners and free thinkers. From a young age, I have been extremely enthusiastic about Creative Arts and am honoured to be leading the subject at Harrington Hill – It is instrumental for the inclusion of arts in all lessons as they foster transferable skills and boost overall academic achievement, not to forget it is fun!” – Sep 2021
