As part of our drive for continuous improvement, we monitor and evaluate the work of the school and identify our priorities.
We work hard to enable our students to develop good learning habits and build on their knowledge to prepare them for the next step in education. For the past five years our end of key stage results have been improving. Please see the below documents for our pupil data headlines:
End of Key Stage Targets at Harrington Hill 2020
Outcomes over 3 years 2017 – 2019
At Harrington Hill we are always striving for excellence in all we do and are happy to celebrate our successes.
Over the last few years we have our results rise significantly. We worked hard to develop our school grounds, with the help of the school and eco-council we were able to build and develop our wildlife garden and vegetable garden, even being recognised for our hard work by the Speakers School Council Awards! We won poetry competitions and took part in ‘Clean up Clapton’ events. The children had the opportunity to sing at The Roundhouse as part of the Hackney Music festival. We also were lucky enough to go to Bafta HQ and received a national Cut Film award for Under 11s Film of the Year for anti-smoking.
This year we will be working together to ensure that all teaching is good or better, our results continue to rise and the children’s writing continues to improve. We will be looking to develop our new curriculum and assessment procedures and ensure all teaching is good or better.
We look forward to sharing our journey to excellence together.
