Our Key Worker System

At our day care nursery, every child is assigned a Key Worker—a dedicated member of staff who builds a strong, nurturing relationship with their assigned children and supports their learning, wellbeing, and development. A child’s Key Worker gets to know them closely, helps them settle confidently into nursery life, and maintains regular communication with parents and carers about progress, interests, and any emerging needs. This personalised approach ensures that every child feels secure, understood, and supported throughout their early years journey.
