We value open communication and encourage families to share any concerns—big or small. Your feedback helps us maintain the highest standard of care and ensures every child’s experience is positive and safe.
If you ever feel unhappy about any aspect of our provision, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through an informal conversation with your child’s key worker or a member of the leadership team.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please speak to the Manager or complete our complaints form, available at reception and on our parent portal. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate thoroughly, and keep you informed throughout the process.
If you feel your concern has not been resolved, you have the right to escalate it further in line with our full Complaints Policy, including contacting Ofsted. A copy of our complaints policy is available on the policies section of this website.
We are committed to ensuring every family feels heard, respected, and supported.
